Assisted in removing obstacles and artistic blocks and encouraged the design team and artists. Establishing a climate of group building and attachment. You don't construct games alone; it is a group occasion.

Facilitated Dialogue and team building for audio, video, and gameplay design. Encouraging teamwork and internal communications. Creating and achieving desired production goals.

Collaborated with Directors and Leads to establish long term feature schedules, and phase/sprint goals. Following the path set by senior leadership. Ensuring a smooth sailing operation and quest completion by team members.

Starium XCV is multiplayer browser-based game with no downloads, played strictly through your favorite browser.
You play the leader of a newly established planetary colony of the Concordium.
The unexpected destruction of your world's Quantum gate cuts your colony off completely from all that you knew.
Subsequent discovery of an ancient crash site has granted to your people the unheard of technology enabling interstellar space flight.
The Concordium has not reestablished contact and you know with chilling certainty that you and your people have been abandoned.
What will you do?
Choose from over 30 different colony types and over 10 races, travel to distant star systems and explore new worlds.
Discover alien civilizations and investigate ancient wonders. Learn new technologies and lead your people as your colony seeks to uncover the mystery behind the quantum gates and to find their new place among the stars.
Most importantly however, you must: Define your Destiny!

Supported the story pipeline team, always contributing to a positive work environment.

Guide the completion of voice, video, and cinematic project goals. Facilitated communication, organization, and process improvement across all departments. Overseen voice over scripts and track progress directly from the game's engine. Effectively communicate with developers of all disciplines Identify roadblocks, project risks and be involved in finding solutions.

Technical Producer
Two years in a row, 2018 and 2019 worked with Grand Valley State University students. Along with the Grand Rapids Ballet. Putting on two unique shows involving a multitude of departments and staff. Working closely with students and stack holders, creating a one of kind experience till covid hit.
